Zeon Zoysia

Zeon Zoysia may not command the same popularity that empire and other Zoysia varieties do, but it has its own charms, and will soon be discussed in the same category as them. 

It has been specially engineered to improve shade tolerance, minimize thatch production and accelerate spread rate. The result is a perfectly optimized grass that is easy to maintain and not burdensome to mow. A truly high-grade product. 

It copes extremely well with shade and warm weather requires only four hours of sun and can do a good job as a replacement for Fescue in a yard. 

Zeon Zoysia needs at least an inch of water per week, more if you have sandy soil. It can cope reasonably well with drought, but adequate watering will enable it to maintain its gloss.
